In order to serve on our objectives, we will be embarking on new projects to deliver and embed new business systems and processes and ways of working to improve our efficiency and to make progress towards becoming a high performing organisation. We are committed to our talent management strategy.

We are seeking HR expertise to join our team to enhance the capability of the existing HR provision within the Trust, to support existing initiatives and to help shape and deliver an ongoing programme of improvement in line with our objectives set out above.

Part of a small friendly team, and based primarily at St. Paul’s Square, Birmingham, this is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious HR professional with a strong generalist background to join a developing organisation and be part of making a difference in the delivery of our values.
