Two opportunities have arisen across our Schools, for IT Technicians to join our team at Arena Academy, Great Barr, Birmingham and at Rockwood Academy, Alum Rock, Birmingham. You will be joining Academy teams whose sole aim is to ensure that all students get the best support, care and guidance that enables them to achieve their very best.

Responsible for providing day to day technical support, and acting as the first point of contact for all IT related School based queries, the successful candidate will have relevant experience of working within an IT support team with a basic understanding of ICT Hardware/Software fundamentals and strong computer literacy across different operating platforms.

Good interpersonal skills are essential as you will be required to interact with colleagues from various departments and at executive level.  A pragmatic and solution-based approach is required where the needs of the School and any issues are quickly identified with solutions being implemented.
